At Geparlys Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and box to ensure it is protected during transit; please include your original packing slip.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
